Please help me. I dont want to spend 400+ on ebay to get one and I really really need one. any help or tips to get one. Prefer to go in the store but are there any online sites where I could buy it for only 250 plus tax s/h.
Have you tried looking at a store's website to order directly from them?

You'll have to get to the store early. my friends went on the 19th, and Best Buy was already out of Reserved Wii's by 2AM. They went to Target and were 3rd in line.
They knew that Wii's would be in by checking the ads the day before.
Maybe in later time. Now, I don't think you're able to buy it around $250, because they're out of stock.
Pricewatch.com? its a tricky site but i found it exremly useful. its all the cheapest prices of almost all the websites online
I had been calling everywhere to find a Wii since the 1st of the year. I finally found one at Toys R Us on Jan. 3. Stores are getting them in, but usually just a few at a time. Toys R Us only had 2 the day I got mine!!! just keep calling places like Wal-mart, K-mart, Best Buy, Target,, etc.....

I got my son one from http://needawii.tk/ and it just got to me today, they are selling at the retail price and they ship to UK and USA. I would reccomend them to anyone it was a good sale.
