The statue is not in a castle, its in a brewery in the dwarf's realm. Get your brown minions to grab one of the bombs the dwarfs throw at you, and carry it to the iron gates where they should leave it then run away. Do this 3 times and the gates should blow open. Prepare for a fight. Hope this helps.
